Automatic Reception Office – an innovative solution allowing to reduce the costs of maintenance of every hotel, hostel or guest house.
Innovative deposit safe is a simple and self-service device for the dispensing traditional keys, Master Key keys or proximity cards.
Deposit safe will provide, depending on particular needs, either day-and-night or only overnight keys dispensing service without interfering with the already existing hotel system.
Unattended hotel
The system has already been installed and proved itself in practice in small-size unattended hotels, it has been also connected to the access control system. Using a single PIN code, the hotel client can enter the building and collect a key to his hotel room without the hotel staff attendance.
- Possibility to adjust a deposit safe to each, tailor-made order.

- Each key placed in the deposit safe is protected and only authorized persons have access to it.
- A hotel guest collects his key from the deposit safe on the basis of his individual code, activated for a certain period of time.
- All the events that occur in the system are recorded by the system and allow detailed reports to be made.
- Operated with ease, graphical-and- textual messages and voice messages supporting operation of the device in numerous languages.
- Ergonomic and modern structure of the device, available in any RAL color, will match every interior.
- Universal form of the deposit safe allows to hang the device on the wall or to place it anywhere as a stand-alone piece of equipment.
- Optionally – a built-in camera recording each person collecting or returning keys.
Automatic Receptionist is a reply to the needs and demand of entrepreneurs running hotels, guest houses and hostels, in particular chains of accommodation facilities scattered round the area, region or country, where employing day-and-night reception staff would not be cost effective and purposeful.
Such premises can operate independently or be connected into a network. Assigning key access is carried out via the Internet, thanks to which the landlord may assign the keys to vacant rooms and be in control of all the premises and staff.
The system concept
- The Client books and pays for his accommodation in a given hotel facility via the Internet or travel agency.
- In return, he receives an individually-assigned code enabling him to enter the building on a certain date and collect his room key from the deposit safe .
- Where an access control system is installed (a combination lock on the entrance lock) , a a so-called „key lock” can be used – leaving the premises is not possible if the key has not been returned .
- Granting authorization to use accommodation facilities is carried out remotely, via the Internet.
- Each deposit safe is equipped with RCP software (Working Time Recording), which may be used to clear working time of the hotel staff – cleaning staff, maintenance men, etc.
